Aspiring founders
You think you want to start a business, but you need help deciding whether the idea has legs, what structure makes sense, and what the first realistic steps should be.
Startup planning • business consulting • feasibility review
For $299, AJs Business Consulting helps aspiring founders and small-business owners pressure-test the idea, clarify the next steps, and avoid expensive mistakes before major commitments are made.
You do not need a perfect business plan before the call. You need the honesty to find the weak spots before they cost you.
Due to current demand, roadmap consultations are typically scheduled 7–14 days in advance. Booking now reserves your place in the review queue.
Strategic guidance connected to business-community relationships and practical advisor experience.
International Business Consultants
National Chamber PartnerThe core offer
Many business owners do not run into trouble because they lacked motivation. They run into trouble because planning, numbers, operations, documentation, marketing, and practical sequencing were not clearly mapped before major commitments were made.
Our roadmap consultation is designed to slow the decision down just enough to make it sharper. We help you identify what has to be true for the idea to work, what needs to happen first, and where the hidden risks may be sitting.
Who this is for
This is built for the person who is ready to move, but smart enough to ask, “What am I missing?”
You think you want to start a business, but you need help deciding whether the idea has legs, what structure makes sense, and what the first realistic steps should be.
You already started, but things feel scattered. We help you tighten the plan, clarify the offer, and identify operational problems before they turn into expensive habits.
You are looking at expansion, real estate, capital readiness, partnerships, advertising, or a new service line and need a grounded second set of eyes.
The hard truth
A $299 roadmap will not magically build the business for you. But it can help you think through lease decisions, offer structure, feasibility, launch sequencing, and marketing spend before those decisions become expensive commitments.

Click the booking link, complete the scheduling and payment process, and reserve your roadmap consultation. Due to current demand, consultations are typically scheduled 7–14 days in advance.
We discuss the idea, the current stage, the numbers, the risks, the market, and the decisions sitting in front of you.
You leave with clearer priorities and roadmap direction for what to do next, what to verify, and what not to rush.
Payment, rescheduling & refund policy
Each roadmap consultation requires reserved calendar time, internal preparation, review, and customized planning work. For that reason, roadmap consultation purchases are final once booked and paid.
We understand that scheduling conflicts happen. If you need to move your appointment, contact us as early as possible and we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate one rescheduling request when made in advance. Payments are not refundable for missed appointments, late cancellations, completed consultations, or failure to provide requested information needed for the roadmap process.
This policy helps us reserve consultant time fairly, protect scheduled clients, and continue providing meaningful preparation for each roadmap engagement.
Important professional-services notice
AJs Business Consulting LLC is not a law firm, accounting firm, broker-dealer, lender, investment adviser, insurance agency, or real-estate brokerage. Roadmaps are provided for business planning, educational, and strategic discussion purposes only. We do not provide legal, tax, accounting, securities, lending, or investment advice; we do not broker financing; and we do not guarantee business results, funding, approvals, revenue, profitability, or risk reduction.
When a licensed professional is needed, we can help identify the issue and may provide a referral or participate in a coordinated business-planning conversation when appropriate.
Questions before you book
No. This is also for people planning a business. In fact, the earlier you get serious planning help, the easier it can be to avoid bad assumptions and premature spending.
No. AJs Business Consulting LLC provides business consulting, planning support, research support, and strategic direction. We are not acting as your attorney, CPA, insurance broker, lender, or financial advisor. When licensed professional help is needed, we can help identify the issue and may provide a referral if appropriate.
That is exactly the kind of thing worth discovering early. A capital-ready idea usually needs more than excitement. It needs structure, numbers, market logic, execution capability, and a clear use of funds. We do not provide loans, broker financing, guarantee funding, offer securities, or provide investment advice.
Because avoidable business missteps can become expensive. A poorly evaluated lease, scattered launch, weak offer, unnecessary software stack, or unplanned ad campaign may cost more than a roadmap consultation.
Roadmap consultation purchases are final once booked and paid because consultant time is reserved and preparation begins around the scheduled engagement. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate one advance rescheduling request when possible.
Due to current demand, roadmap consultations are typically scheduled 7–14 days in advance. Booking now reserves your place in the review queue.
