Startup planning • business consulting • feasibility review

Before you build the business, build the roadmap.

For $299, AJs Business Consulting helps aspiring founders and small-business owners pressure-test the idea, clarify the next steps, and avoid expensive mistakes before major commitments are made.

You do not need a perfect business plan before the call. You need the honesty to find the weak spots before they cost you.

Due to current demand, roadmap consultations are typically scheduled 7–14 days in advance. Booking now reserves your place in the review queue.

The core offer

A business roadmap is not “generic advice.” It is a decision filter.

Many business owners do not run into trouble because they lacked motivation. They run into trouble because planning, numbers, operations, documentation, marketing, and practical sequencing were not clearly mapped before major commitments were made.

Our roadmap consultation is designed to slow the decision down just enough to make it sharper. We help you identify what has to be true for the idea to work, what needs to happen first, and where the hidden risks may be sitting.

What your $299 is buying

ClarityWhat business are you really building, who is it for, and what has to happen next?
Risk awarenessWhat could affect the plan operationally, financially, structurally, or practically?
PrioritiesWhat comes first, what can wait, and what should not be purchased yet?
DirectionWhere should you focus your next 30, 60, and 90 days?

Who this is for

For people serious enough to plan before they spend.

This is built for the person who is ready to move, but smart enough to ask, “What am I missing?”

Aspiring founders

You think you want to start a business, but you need help deciding whether the idea has legs, what structure makes sense, and what the first realistic steps should be.

New business owners

You already started, but things feel scattered. We help you tighten the plan, clarify the offer, and identify operational problems before they turn into expensive habits.

Owners considering a pivot

You are looking at expansion, real estate, capital readiness, partnerships, advertising, or a new service line and need a grounded second set of eyes.

The hard truth

Free advice is everywhere. Good judgment is harder to find.

A $299 roadmap will not magically build the business for you. But it can help you think through lease decisions, offer structure, feasibility, launch sequencing, and marketing spend before those decisions become expensive commitments.

Questions before you book

FAQ

Is this only for existing businesses?

No. This is also for people planning a business. In fact, the earlier you get serious planning help, the easier it can be to avoid bad assumptions and premature spending.

Do you provide legal, tax, lending, or accounting services?

No. AJs Business Consulting LLC provides business consulting, planning support, research support, and strategic direction. We are not acting as your attorney, CPA, insurance broker, lender, or financial advisor. When licensed professional help is needed, we can help identify the issue and may provide a referral if appropriate.

What if my idea is not ready to seek funding or outside capital?

That is exactly the kind of thing worth discovering early. A capital-ready idea usually needs more than excitement. It needs structure, numbers, market logic, execution capability, and a clear use of funds. We do not provide loans, broker financing, guarantee funding, offer securities, or provide investment advice.

Why pay $299 before spending money on the business?

Because avoidable business missteps can become expensive. A poorly evaluated lease, scattered launch, weak offer, unnecessary software stack, or unplanned ad campaign may cost more than a roadmap consultation.

Are roadmap consultation payments refundable?

Roadmap consultation purchases are final once booked and paid because consultant time is reserved and preparation begins around the scheduled engagement. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate one advance rescheduling request when possible.

How far out are consultations currently booked?

Due to current demand, roadmap consultations are typically scheduled 7–14 days in advance. Booking now reserves your place in the review queue.
